Family :: Jahnke

I took pictures of the beautiful girl in blue with her fiance earlier this year, and when spring came she inquired about pictures of her and her little brother and sister to have taken as a Mother's Day gift to her mom. We met up on a cold Friday -- it had been gorgeous all week and then of course, when the girls have cute sundresses to wear, it's freezing. But they toughed it out and we got some great images for their mom! I saw Lauren this week and she said her mom loved her present. :)

Couple :: Missy and Josh.

Missy and I have kind of been casual acquaintances for years. We had the same piano/voice teacher, she goes to church with my grandma, grew up in the towns next to each other, and now we both go to college at the same school. And she's dating Josh. Who is a musically talented boy who's crazy about her. We had fun roaming around campus and taking pictures.

Model :: Alex

This is Alex. Alex likes to smile. And sing music from The Lion King in alleyways. He's a lot of fun. We went downtown and took some fun, urban pictures.

Engagement :: Jeff and Lauren.

These two are adorable. I went to high school with Jeff and Lauren, but they were both younger than me and I didn't really become friends with them until we all wound up going to college together. Lauren can't stop smiling and giggles all the time and Jeff is sweet and soft spoken. Jeff proposed while they were snowboarding and skiing so they wanted to do pictures in the snow, and then we came inside and did pictures with milk and cookies. Jeff wanted to do the Lady and the Tramp spaghetti noodle thing, but since we didn't think we could find a spaghetti noodle that long we went with cookies.

Couple :: Adam and Jennifer.

I met Adam my freshman year through some friends, and since we're both majoring in business, there hasn't been a year yet where we haven't had a class together. Here he is with his girlfriend, Jennifer.

Model :: Shantel

Meet Shantel. We had so much fun during her shoot, she brought along her friend Emily to help and her puppy Dudley. Dudley was adorable and very well behaved, and Emily and Shantel straighted her hair together in record time! She wanted pictures involving water, so we went to my grandparent's pond. Family resources are always nice!

Baby :: Eli.

Meet Baby Eli. He came over yesterday morning for a few black and white pictures. He wasn't very happy at first, but after a bottle he cooperated very well and we got these images of him with his mom and dad. I just love little baby feet!
